Bioharmony® Ultimate C contains a buffered Vitamin C which is gentle on the stomach.

EACH BIOHARMONY® ULTIMATE TABLET CONTAINS:
Calcium ascorbate 609 mg providing Vitamin C 500 mg
Zinc amio acid chelate 50 mg providing Zinc 10 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Adults and children 14 to 18 years: Take one tablet twice a day with meals or as directed by a health care professional.
